Nick McGough was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. He began dancing at the age of 3, following in his sister’s footsteps. He went on to continue his training at local studios until high school, when he attended The Las Vegas Academy of International Studies, Performing, and Visual Arts as a dance major. He has trained in all forms of dance, but his passion is contemporary and ballet.
Outside of dancing, Nick enjoys practicing yoga and working on his circus skills. He loves hand balancing, aerial work, and tumbling. He's also a pro in the kitchen!
Nick would like to thank his teachers from high school who saw his potential, his friends for their patience, his family for their love and support and most of all his Grandma and Grandpa for everything.
At a young age, Nick began his professional career performing around the Las Vegas valley. He did commercials and short films for a local TV station and his first modeling gig for the trade show MAGIC at the age of 10. He continued to work for trade shows, dancing and modeling before entering high school. At age 18, he booked his first show, EFX Alive, at the MGM Grand Hotel on the Las Vegas strip and a few months later moved on to Le Follies Bergère at the Tropicana Hotel. From there he flew off to Tokyo, Japan to perform for Tokyo Disney before taking permanent residence in NYC in 2005.
